The deadline for putting items in the June auction is Tuesday, July 8, 2014 Items received later will be bumped to the following month. Email auction list to: tarabowman@brookfieldcoincard.com  or fax to 203-740-2892, please limit submissions to 35 items per person per month. If submitting via mail or fax, see Tara at the meeting to receive submission forms.

Secretary report:
The April 22nd meeting was called to order at 8:06pm, Gold was 1262/ozt and Silver was 19.06/ozt. We had 23 people in attendance. We had two new guests in attendance, Scott and Carl. Welcome to the club!! We will have 43 available tables for the 9/14 coin show, at the moment, the show is sold out.

Old Business:

The Fall Coin Show will be September 14. With the Redding Road House being out of business, we have to look into potential new locations to hold our Christmas Brunch this year. We would like to have a summer cookout. Frank will be letting us know what dates are available to have it at Bennett Park in Bethel. Tara passed around an email list to get updated email addresses, if you were not at the April meeting please see Tara at the beginning of the meeting to update your email address.
